I was able to gain a lot of experience in the care of demanding customers through my work as a spa receptionist in the Waldhaus Films Wellness Resort as well as through my current work at the reception in a renowned Swiss beauty clinic. My tasks included greeting, supporting and advising customers. I find it easy to approach other people and I enjoy contact with customers.
