If a model is not available for the period of time in which the customer requests one, she needs to note on which days she is not available. If she is a first option for another project that is in the same period of time she cannot be considered to be the first option of another customer. In situations like that or if the model has other events she needs to mention that so that the model agency can note her down as not available for this time period.
