Casting Sheet

The casting sheet is a sheet for the model that needs to be filled out before the casting starts. It contains information about the model, such as measurements, hair colour, and eye colour, as well as information about the shoot, the company and the payment. The model also must mention any personal restrictions, and applications for competitors of the company. All answers need to be truthful and are binding.
